SCESFU Warranty Terms

What Does This Warranty Cover?
The warranty covers any material or craftsmanship defects that occur during normal use within the warranty period. SCESFU will replace free of charge any product that exhibits defects due to improper materials or craftsmanship under normal use and maintenance.
What Will We Do to Correct These Problems?
SCESFU will provide a free replacement of the product. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any relevant insurance during transit to SCESFU. Please retain tracking information as proof of delivery to us.
What Isn’t Covered by This Warranty?
The warranty does not cover any problems caused by negligence, improper maintenance, or alterations. It also does not cover products that are stolen or lost.
What Do You Need to Do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@scesfuredlight.com to identify the issue and determine the best solution for you. You may be asked to provide evidence of any defects, so keep any photos and videos of alleged defects.
Return Policy
SCESFU offers a 60-day trial period for all products, starting from the date of receipt by the customer. Return shipping costs are borne by you. We require returns to be sent in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Please keep tracking information as proof of delivery to SCESFU. SCESFU assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged returns and reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to the product by you.
If you choose to return the product within the 60-day trial period, you will receive a 100% refund of the product cost—any optional expedited or international shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must include your full name and order number. Returns must be shipped out before the end of the 60-day trial period. Returns after the end of the 60-day trial period will not be accepted.
If returned products are damaged or in an unsellable condition, they will be rejected and returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
If your request falls within our return policy, you will receive a separate email with the return address and corresponding instructions. To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in that email.
No RMA or return authorization is required within the 60-day trial period. Please indicate your name and order number on the return label.
Damage Claims
Buyers must report damaged goods within ten (10) days of receipt. Please inspect your product carefully and report any damage within 10 days. SCESFU is not liable for damages reported after 10 days. We require photos and video proof of any damaged products received within this period to resolve issues with manufacturers or shipping companies.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt of the item. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the refund amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing is complete. Most refunds are completed within 10–15 days after your return request, depending on when we receive your returned item.
Exchange
If the product is defective or damaged, we will replace it upon proof of damage, i.e., providing photos and videos of the damaged product received. If you wish to exchange the item for the same one, you must email support@scesfuredlight.com to request an exchange.
